Hi, I’m Jess — a former educator turned stay-at-home mom and founder of Balanced by Jess W. Virtual Solutions

When I left my role in school leadership, I knew I wanted to do something meaningful — something that allowed me to be present with my daughter while still supporting people doing powerful work in the world. This business started during naptimes and late nights — built from love, purpose, and the belief that impactful work and motherhood don’t have to be separate.

I truly enjoy working with mission-driven organizations and small businesses that are making a real impact — the kinds of places people should know about, but often don’t because their leaders are juggling everything. I support them by managing the digital and behind-the-scenes pieces that keep things running: from organizing inboxes and systems to managing content and building an online presence that reflects who they are.

With a background in education and design, I bring structure, warmth, and creativity to every project. I’ve helped small teams get organized, nonprofits expand their reach, and business owners reconnect with their mission — and I’d be honored to do the same for you.
